My family trip to Italy was seriously a “once in a lifetime” experience! Thank you in large part to my parents who made the trip possible. We spent about 3 days in Florence, doing the city thing, and 1 day trip out to Chianti Classico in Tuscany. Not to be confused with Chianti table wine — these locals are extremely proud of their wine, marked by the Red Rooster. Honestly, wine tasting in Chianti Classico was one of my favorite activities and days! The beauty of the countryside matched with the hospitality and home cooking of the locals was incredible.
